安装和运行 PowerPoint Viewer

PowerPoint Viewer 是什么？

若要在没有安装 Microsoft Office PowerPoint 的计算机上运行演示文稿，或者，若要向可能没有在计算机上安装 PowerPoint 的观众分发独立的演示文稿，应使用 Microsoft Office PowerPoint Viewer。

在哪里可以得到 PowerPoint Viewer？

默认情况下，PowerPoint Viewer 会在您安装 PowerPoint 时安装，以便您能够通过将演示文稿打包成 CD 功能使用它。在 PowerPoint 中，当您使用“将演示文稿打包成 CD”功能来保存演示文稿时，默认情况下 Microsoft Office PowerPoint Viewer 2007 会添加到保存该演示文稿的同一磁盘或网络位置。如果您能连接 Internet，也可以从 Microsoft Office Online 网站下载 PowerPoint Viewer。

若要获取 Office PowerPoint Viewer 2007，请执行下列操作之一：

• 如果计算机上没有安装 Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007：

  请直接从 Microsoft Office Online 下载 Office PowerPoint Viewer 2007。

• 如果计算机上安装了 Office PowerPoint 2007：

  每当您使用 PowerPoint 中的“将演示文稿打包成 CD”功能时，都会安装 PowerPoint Viewer。

  要将演示文稿打包成 CD，请执行下列操作：

  1. 在 PowerPoint 中，打开要打包的演示文稿。
  2. 单击“Microsoft Office 按钮”，指向“发布”旁边的箭头，然后单击“打包成 CD”。
  3. 在“打包成 CD”对话框中，单击“选项”，然后选择所需选项。
  4. 单击“复制到文件夹”或“复制到 CD”。

     PowerPoint 会将您的演示文稿打包到指定的目标位置，以便您能够分发该演示文稿。

 注释 

• 可使用 Office PowerPoint Viewer 2007 来查看格式为 Microsoft PowerPoint 2000、2002、Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003 或更高版本的文件。
• Office PowerPoint Viewer 2007 不支持格式为 Microsoft PowerPoint 97 或更低版本的文件。若要使用 Office PowerPoint Viewer 2007 来查看格式为 PowerPoint 97 或更低版本的演示文稿，请在 PowerPoint 2000、2002、Office PowerPoint 2003 或更高版本中打开该演示文稿，然后将它保存为 PowerPoint 2000、2002、Office PowerPoint 2003 或更高版本的格式。
• 要查看 PowerPoint 97 格式的演示文稿，您也可以使用 PowerPoint Viewer 2000。
• Office PowerPoint Viewer 2007 可以在 Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 或更高版本上运行。
